Team Arrives with Materials
The packing crew arrives on time with all materials — boxes, bubble wrap, foam sheets, stretch film, markers, and tape.

Room-by-Room Packing
The team works room by room. They disassemble large furniture, wrap every item, pack boxes firmly, and seal and label each carton clearly.

Inventory Sheet Signed
After packing, you receive an inventory list of every box and major item. Both you and the team lead sign it. This is your protection.

Unpack at New Home
At the destination the team opens each box carefully, places items in the right rooms, and reassembles furniture. You just tell them where things go.

Final Check and Invoice
After unpacking you do a walk-through together. If anything is missing or damaged, it is noted immediately. A GST invoice is issued on the spot.

Before the Packing Team Arrives — Your Checklist
A little preparation before the team arrives saves time and reduces cost.
- Sort your belongings first. Donate or discard things you do not want to move — fewer items means lower packing cost.
- Empty all drawers and cupboards. Loose items inside furniture fall and get damaged during transport.
- Defrost your refrigerator at least 24 hours before. A wet fridge cannot be packed safely.
- Disconnect and dry-out your washing machine and dishwasher one day ahead.
- Keep important documents, medicines, jewelry, and cash in a personal bag that you carry yourself.
- Identify fragile or high-value items and point them out to the team leader when they arrive.
- Make sure there is parking near your building entrance for the packing vehicle.
- Keep children and pets away from the packing area on the day to avoid accidents.

Yes. Beds, wardrobes, dining tables, and modular furniture are disassembled before transport and reassembled at the destination. This is included in the full service. Confirm it is in your written quote before booking.
Each glass item is wrapped individually in bubble wrap, then packed upright in a strong double-wall carton with foam dividers. TVs and monitors go in foam-padded cartons or original boxes. Electronic items are packed with anti-static foam where available.
Photograph the damage before anything is moved. Report it to the team leader immediately and note it on the inventory sheet. If you have transit insurance, file the claim the same day with photos as evidence. Claims are typically settled within 7 to 30 days.
