Vision Packers and Movers is a professional moving company operating across 85+ cities in India. We provide end-to-end relocation services including home shifting, office shifting, car and bike transport, packing, storage, and goods transport. In cities where we have our own operations team, our staff handle your move directly. In other cities, we work with trained and vetted service partners who operate under our supervision and quality standards. In all cases, you deal with Vision Packers and Movers — we handle your booking, payment, and service quality end to end. 2. What Information We Collect
We collect two types of information: what you tell us directly, and what is recorded automatically when you use our website.

4. Who We Share Your Information With
4a. Our Service Partners
In cities where we operate through trained service partners, we share your name, phone number, address, and move details with the assigned partner so they can carry out your move. These partners are contracted to handle your data confidentially and to use it only for completing your move. They may not contact you for unrelated purposes or share your data with anyone else.
4b. Our Technology Providers
- Web Hosting Provider: Stores our website and database on secure servers
- Email / SMS Gateway: Delivers your booking confirmation and updates
- Payment Gateway: Processes your advance payment (if made online) — they operate under PCI-DSS compliance and we do not store your card details
- WhatsApp Business: Handles WhatsApp communications when you contact us
4c. Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by a court order, government authority, or applicable Indian law (including the IT Act 2000 and DPDPA 2023). We will notify you where legally permitted.
5. Our Analytics System
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website — which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, and what devices they use. This data is anonymised and aggregated; it cannot be linked back to your name or phone number. We do not use Meta Pixel or any advertising tracker.
Google Analytics data is processed by Google LLC under their privacy policy. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Ask us to delete your data. We will do this within 30 days unless legally required to keep it.

File a complaint with India's Data Protection Board if we mishandle your data.
