How to Pack Your Parcel for Safe Delivery
Packing your parcel well reduces damage and delays. Follow these steps.
- Choose a box that is slightly bigger than the item. Leave at least 5 cm of padding on all sides.
- Wrap fragile items in bubble wrap. Fill gaps with crumpled paper or foam peanuts.
- Seal the box with 48 mm packing tape. Use at least 3 strips on every opening seam (H-tape method).
- Write the delivery address on the top surface of the box. Include a copy inside the box as well.
- Add a FRAGILE sticker and THIS SIDE UP marking on the correct face of the box.
- For documents, use a waterproof sleeve inside a padded envelope.
