Team Arrives On Time
The loading team arrives with floor mats, trolleys, furniture straps, and moving blankets. They do a quick walk-through to plan the load order.

Safe Loading / Unloading
Heavy items go first. Appliances are strapped securely. Boxes are stacked firmly. Floor and wall protection is laid before anything moves.

Floor Carry Done Safely
If there is no lift, the team carries items floor by floor using proper techniques. Heavy items like refrigerators are carried using shoulder straps and dollies.

Count and Confirm
After loading or unloading, a quick count of items is done against your list. Any damage noticed is photographed and noted immediately.

GST Invoice Issued
The team leader issues a GST-compliant bill on the spot. Payment is collected after the job is complete and you are satisfied.

A standard 2 BHK loading job needs 2 to 3 workers. A 3 BHK or heavy-furniture job needs 3 to 4 workers. We assess the job before confirming the team size so you are not under-staffed on the day.
Yes. Manual floor carry costs 300 to 800 per heavy item per floor when no service lift is available. This is standard across the industry. The charge is mentioned in your quote — it is never added as a surprise on the day.
Yes. Our trained teams carry goods up to any floor using shoulder straps, dollies, and proper two-person carry techniques. Very heavy items like piano or industrial equipment may need a separate crane service.
Yes. Refrigerators, washing machines, and air conditioner units are handled by trained labour. The fridge and washing machine are drained and dried by you before the team arrives. The team wraps and carries them safely.
Yes. If you arranged your own truck or used a transport service, you can book a Vision unloading team at the destination separately. Book in advance so the team is ready when your truck arrives.
A 1 BHK loading job takes 1.5 to 2.5 hours with a 2-person team. A 2 BHK takes 2 to 4 hours. Add 30 to 60 minutes if there is no lift and floors need to be climbed.
