Handle inbound customer queries via phone and WhatsApp. Assist with tracking, booking, complaints, and feedback. Excellent communication in Hindi and English.
Identify, onboard, and manage local packers and movers across cities. Verify credentials, conduct quality checks, and build long-term mover relationships.
Build and maintain the Vision Packers web platform. Experience with PHP, MySQL, Bootstrap, REST APIs. Familiarity with SEO-optimized development is a strong plus.
